Order Export

 

Overview

Order Export from Blue Jalappeno will export full order, customer and item information in a variety of export formats.
 
Order Export Community (free) supports 3 types of exports:
  • Standard csv file - Exports orders including product details with one line item per row
  • Sage 50 Accounts export - Allows you to export orders in a "transaction" format so you can import transactions only into Sage 50 Accounts (note this is not an itemised export)
  • HighRise export - Allows you to export order information directly into your Highrise CRM
Order Export Premium additionally supports:
  • Standard csv file - Exports orders with a choice of one line item per row or one order per row (see example here)
  • Using standard csv format, you can specify additional product attributes to export e.g. manufacturer or warehouse when using our Dropship extensions
  • Tax/Vat exempt csv - Allows you to export orders from your Tax/Vat exempt customer group
  • Automatic export via cron with FTP to any remote location
